Feathers, foam and a map…

We’re back, and in to the final term of the school year. Lots of these children will have spent all year with us, developing their dexterity, imagination and resilience and we are really grateful to be working along side them offering techniques and skills.

Last week I cut up some badminton shuttlecocks to offer the children some feathers on sticks, they were really unusual and very interestingly utilised. I saw flying components created and them used as ‘new, old fashioned writing pens’ as well as just beautifully coloured ones…
