Term 5 week 2

This was a cardboard-y offering, including some foam pieces, matchsticks and split-pins. I am always so interested in how the most open ended materials - flat pieces of different sizes and thicknesses of cardboard - can spark the quietest and most focussed sessions… split pins are such an exciting way to join things, and there are always children for whom this is a brand new tool. For the more seasoned makers, innovative ways of using them were spotted, even just using them as decoration…
